⁞⁞⁞⁞ Project Files
After project completion I will send you a .zip file containing uncompressed .PNG files of your commissioned artwork. Including any varitions. Along with flattened ,PNG files, I will also include an optimized .PSD file for your own personal use and modification.⁞⁞⁞⁞ Licensing
A Creative License is included with any commission. This license permits personal use for social media or personal projects. However, it does not permit commercial use. If you require a commercial license, please contact me.⁞⁞⁞⁞ Refund Policy
A refund may be granted if I have not yet started working on the commissioned artwork. However, refund requests will be denied once work has begun.⁞⁞⁞⁞ Revisions
You may request up to 3 major edits until the sketch is finished.
Minor edits may still be requested until I will send you a colored WIP before starting the shading process to ensure there are no further adjustments needed.⁞⁞⁞⁞ Delivery Time
depends on project complexity, queue length, and external factors irl, so I won't make any claims here, but it shouldn't take longer than a week or 2 on average.⁞⁞⁞⁞ Payment

Orders submitted through Ko-Fi will collect the complete payment upon submitting a commission request.If you contact me directly through Discord, Bluesky, Telegram. or Email, I will send you an invoice for half of the payment upfront. Once the final work is delivered, I will invoice you for the rest of the payment.⁞⁞⁞⁞ Failure to Deliver
In the event I feel I am unable to complete a commission, I will issue you a refund for the full amount paid, along with any available WIP files.⁞⁞⁞⁞ AI Training
Under no circumstance do I permit, allow or encourage using anything of my own creation in any way, shape or form in relation to, for or with generative AI, neural networks, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, for commercial purposes and/or gathering any identifiable information on myself and/or my clients, friends and acquaintances.
Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate, extensive and non-negotioable removal of any right, permission and/or property relation you have to, for or in relation to anything of my own creation alongside a complete, non-negotiable denial of my services and access to them to the party involved, including me pursuing any and all legal consequences within my ability against any involved party, company, cooperative, organisation and/or (group of) individuals.
~ any circumvention or breaking of the point above with the guise of cluelessness and/or by shifting the responsibility onto any sort of usage of code for scraping, viewing, analyzing and/or using anything of my own creation would result in the same consequences stated above.
The same consequences apply to posting, transfering, using, distributing, uploading, linking and/or otherwise enabling anything of my own creation on/to any internet site, entity, data storage facility and/or individual which explicitly allows, invests in and/or encourages the aforementioned use cases of generative AI, neural networks, NFTs and/or Cryptocurriencies.
